Arthur, the leading machine learning (ML) monitoring platform, announced two senior leaders who will be pivotal in delivering on the company’s goal to make every ML model observable, equitable, and auditable for all.
Tom O’Reilly, with over 20 years of experience leading revenue-based enterprise technology teams, has joined the team as Arthur’s VP of Sales. Hillary Clark, with more than 14 years of experience in operations and business development, will work alongside CEO Adam Wenchel as Chief of Staff.
O'Reilly brings a proven track record of leading high-performing teams focused intently on customer success and driving measurable business value. He has a proven methodology across talent development, sales operations, and revenue generation at fast-growing organizations, spearheading the recruitment and development of talent while delivering exceptional revenue results.
Before Arthur, O’Reilly held executive leadership roles at AppDynamics, leading a team of over 100 people to drive 126% of revenue goals last year. He previously served as Operations Director at Cisco, where he led a $600M Midwest commercial business. O'Reilly holds a BA BAI in Engineering from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. O’Reilly and his industry-leading account team will continue to build and grow strong partnerships with enterprise leaders for Arthur.
Clark brings to Arthur diverse and meaningful experience in operations, business development, and product management. She previously led skilled teams of engineers and strategists at Palantir Technologies, driving the company’s strategic European customer data infrastructure business and leading stability and regulatory initiatives for commercial partners.
Previously, Clark was an Operational Risk Manager at Morgan Stanley, where she led new market launches and implemented trading risk controls across electronic trading platforms for listed derivatives and commodities. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Louis University in Missouri. Clark’s varied experience and empathetic leadership approach will be key as Arthur scales to support the growing industry monitoring needs.
